Jump is a 16-year-old boutique agency with a big heart. The business is run as sustainably as possible and an eighth of all new client retainer and project fees are split equally and donated to two not-for-profits – the Ethos Foundation supports life changing permaculture programs in East Africa and the Elmbridge Community Eco Hub supports the local area through its many beneficial initiatives. This is written into contracts.
