Jump on the wall
Past, present and future
Having spent 25 years working in the broadcast media business, I think I can officially call myself an industry veteran!
Those of you who have been around the block, might remember me as Assistant Editor of IBE Magazine (International Broadcast Engineer) back in the day. A lot has changed since then, I’m a bit older, a bit wiser and a lot more experienced. And, I’m still passionate about the industry I fell in love with all those years ago.

Business as a force for good
Jump is committed to a triple-bottom line approach working hard to ensure the company creates a positive impact. A supporter of the Better Business Act Coalition and a member of the SME Climate Hub, the company published its first Climate Report in 2025. Jump is actively driving climate action and is working towards a net zero target by 2030.
This follows Jump Founder Kate Ford’s role as publicist for regenerative farming documentary feature film, Six Inches of Soil (2022-2024) and completion of the University of Cambridge CISL Business Sustainability Management Course (80%), deepening her understanding of systems thinking and regenerative business solutions. Kate has also completed Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s Circular Economy Course.
